Stunning project marketing for a stunning destination
The Huntley is a premium residential golf resort situated in the Illawarra escarpment near Wollongong, South of Sydney. Featuring premium residential and resort homes, a Greg Norman designed golf course, clubhouse, and stunning bush and ocean views, the development needed a complete project marketings solution that captured the location’s beauty and rare mix of charms.
Outcome
A content-rich campaign site designed to scale as the development grows, with additional fly-throughs, videos, interactive maps and integrations. Supporting an international marketing campaign, the site was developed mobile-first with multi-language capability.
Our group provided a powerful set of brand assets developed to impart an immersive sense of the destination for potential buyers, local and international. We considered it a destination branding campaign, and implemented brand videos, photography and evocative messaging across website and digital marketing assets.
The focus is on driving sales leads with clear calls to action. The pre-launch campaign has been very successful, building a significant waiting list in China and gathering a large interest from overseas buyers around the world.
